Q: What IS Suzuki?
Suzuki is a methodology for teaching children as young as 3 yrs old how to play a musical instrument based on the same way they learned to speak their native language. It was invented in the 1960's by Japanese violinist Shinichi Suzuki and subsequently was adapted for teaching classical guitar in the late 1980's by Frank Longay and Bill Kossler.

IJAM stands for Interactive Journey through Art & Music. It is a multimedia, interactive art and music history workshop for all ages created by Michele Horner in 2003.
